We always look at someone's program or gym setup and think that is an Idea that we should have came up with. We know were smart enough - we just did get the right idea at the right time.

Off The Spotting Box is the Idea Production Company. We come to your gym to look at what ever you need help with. You need ideas with your program - We'll help. You need ideas about your equipment layout in your gym - We'll help. We will be at your disposal to help you with any ideas you need.
We are not a consulting company that will tell you there is only one way to do your business. We are an Idea Production Company that will help you make your gym work better the way you want it to.
So how does this work?
You contract us for the day and we arrive at your gym. We then sit with you and you give us a list of things you need help with. We go one by one discussing each one and giving you ideas to help you with each situation. At the end of the day you be on your way to tackle some of the obstacles in your gym. That is it. If you feel you need some more ideas on other things you may need help with, we will come out again* and help you with ideas to point you in the right direction.
*Cost is set up on a daily basis addition days require additional costs.
